Unit 2: Work outputs

Create emails, checklists, tables, spreadsheet formulas, summaries, slides, Word drafts, and PDFs.

Unit 3: Cowork

Give Claude longer tasks, review its plan, steer the work, inspect outputs, and manage risk.

Unit 4: Code recognition

Understand what Claude Code is, when to avoid it, and how to ask for help if required.
